2. Main features of the product
The products are ready-made software files delivered electronically (WHMCS and WiseCP themes, scripts, addons). Each product’s features, supported platform versions and live demo are on its product page. The product is licensed for use on one license domain that you enter at checkout. The license does not cover subdomains, and unless the product page says otherwise the license domain cannot be changed later; please enter your domain correctly.
3. Price and payment
- The price is shown on the product page and in the order summary at checkout. The amount in the summary is the total charged to your card.
- No shipping or delivery fee is charged, as the product is delivered digitally.
- Payment is made by credit or debit card through PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş. Your card details are not passed to the SELLER.
- Instalment options and any instalment charge are shown on the payment screen.
4. Delivery
When your payment is confirmed, the download link is sent automatically to the email in the order form. For ready-made products, if a technical problem occurs, delivery is made within 3 business days. No delivery time is guaranteed for custom orders (custom development, adaptation, installation). 5. Right of withdrawal
Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer. At checkout you separately confirm knowing this and agreeing that delivery starts upon payment confirmation.
As the products are digital and licensed, no returns or refunds are made after delivery. If the product has an error, we fix it by sending a corrected file or making the necessary fix. See cancellation, refund and withdrawal.
6. Complaints
Send complaints in writing to the email address or WhatsApp line above. In a dispute you may apply to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court at your place of residence, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
7. Keeping the agreement
The version of the distance sales agreement and of this form that you approve is stored with your order, sent in the confirmation email and always available on the distance sales agreement page.
