Cancellation, refund and withdrawal

Summary

Themes, scripts and addons sold on venus.tr are digital, licensed products. There is therefore no right of withdrawal, and no product returns or refunds are made after delivery. Please review the live demo and enter your license domain correctly before buying.

Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be used for intangible goods delivered instantly in electronic form. You separately confirm knowing this at checkout.

Cancellation before payment

If you leave the checkout before completing payment, no order is created and your card is not charged. Payments that time out on the payment screen or are declined by the bank are cancelled automatically.

Cancellation and refunds after payment

Once payment is confirmed, the download link is sent automatically. From then on the order cannot be cancelled and no returns or refunds are made. The following are not grounds for a refund either:

  • The product not meeting your needs,
  • A mistyped license domain, or wanting to use the product on another domain later,
  • Incompatibility with WHMCS or WiseCP versions outside those supported, or with third-party addons,
  • Problems caused by server, hosting or domain settings,
  • Errors caused by changes you made to the product files.

If the product cannot be delivered

If your payment was confirmed but the product could not be delivered at all for a reason on our side, the price is refunded to the card used, through PayTR. When it appears on your card depends on your bank.

If the product has an error

If the product lacks the features stated on its product page or differs materially from its live demo:

  1. Report the problem to us in writing by email or WhatsApp, with a screenshot or description.
  2. We fix it by sending a corrected file or making the necessary fix.

As the products are digital and licensed, the remedy for errors is a fix. Rights that cannot be limited by contract under the law remain.
