Delivery method
Products sold on venus.tr are digital; nothing is shipped and there is no shipping fee. When the payment institution confirms your payment, an order confirmation and the download link are sent automatically to the email address in the order form.
Delivery time
The delivery time guarantee applies to ready-made themes and scripts only (products offered with a price on a product page and bought through the checkout page):
- Automatic delivery usually happens within minutes of payment confirmation.
- If a technical problem occurs, delivery is made within 3 business days of payment confirmation.
- Delivery never exceeds the statutory 30 days.
Custom orders
No delivery time is guaranteed for custom development, adaptation, installation and similar custom orders. Times we give for such work are estimates and may change with the scope, you providing the needed information and content on time, and third-party systems.

- The link is personal and must not be shared.
- For security it is valid for 72 hours from sending and can be used at most 5 times.
- If it expires or runs out, write to us with your order number for a new link.
If the email does not arrive
- Check your spam folder.
- Make sure you entered your email address correctly.
- Write to us with your order number; after verifying identity and the order we deliver again.
Installation
Installation documentation is delivered with the product files. Installation and customisation services are not included in the price; request a quote if you need them.
