License terms

English translation for convenience; the Turkish version prevails. These terms apply to themes, scripts, addons and modules (“product”) bought on venus.tr and form part of the distance sales agreement.

1. Scope

  1. A purchase grants a perpetual, non-transferable right of use, not ownership of the product.
  2. One license covers one license domain entered at checkout. The domain may be used with or without the www. prefix.
  3. The license does not cover subdomains. Each subdomain such as demo., test. or panel. counts as a separate domain and needs its own license.
  4. Using the product on another domain requires an additional license.
  5. Unless the product page says otherwise, the license domain cannot be changed later. Make sure you enter your domain correctly at checkout.

2. Allowed

  • Using the product on the license domain for your own business or to serve your own customers,
  • Changing colours, text, logos and template files for your own needs,
  • Keeping backups of the product.

3. Not allowed

  • Reselling, distributing, sharing or publishing the product files or modified versions, paid or free, including on marketplaces,
  • Using the product on more than one domain with one license,
  • Selling the product as part of another theme, script or product,
  • Disabling or bypassing any license check.

4. Updates and support

  1. Bug fixes and platform (WHMCS, WiseCP) compatibility updates are free for 12 months from purchase.
  2. Support covers the documented features working and is given by email or WhatsApp message. Installation, customisation and new features are not included and are quoted separately.
  3. Problems caused by changes to the product files are outside support.

5. Third-party components

The product may include open-source components with their own licenses (for example Bootstrap, icon sets, fonts), which remain under those licenses. WHMCS and WiseCP licenses are not included and must be obtained from those companies.

6. Termination

If these terms are breached, the license and support end on notice, without refund.

7. Liability

The product is provided as described on its product page and documentation. Except where liability cannot be limited by law, the SELLER’s liability is limited to the price paid for the product.
